The end of the course is, little by little, closer and this would be my last post. I have spent lots of good and nice moments with this class and I have learned lots of new things. So, in this week I have made a Power Point to show you all the works that we have done during the course. Dotsub proiect

Do you like listening to music? Are you an expert in the world of music? Who is your favourite singer? What type of music do you like most?
Probably, many people have asked you these questions sometime, and I'm sure that most of you have no problem answering them. However, I have a small obstacle replying some of these specific questions. I often wonder to myself if each of us really have a favourite singer or even a favourite music genre. For me, at least, there isn't a best-liked music band, singer or music genre. With this I want to say that I like lots of different music groups and genres and I think that the music that we listen is linked with our personality and our feelings of each moment. In other words, I'm sure that we don't listen the same type of music in different places, with different people, or with a different mood.
After saying this, I think that you'll know, more o less, what is this work about: MUSIC. In these weeks we have worked in a new programme, called "Dotsub", which is qualified to create and view subtitles for videos in multiple languages across all plataforms. So, each of us had to choose an english song, the one that we like most, and we had to create its subtitles in different languages. The song that I have chosen is called "Say something" and although it is originally a song by American pop duo "A Great Big World", the track gained attention from singer Christina Aguilera, who wanted to work with them on the song, and this year, the song has become in one of the most famous songs around us thanks to these two big artists.
Before becoming so famous, I had never heard about these musicians, but this song has helped me to know more about them. A Great Big World is a musical group consisted of two American musicians, Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino, both singers and songwriters. According Christina Aguilera, she is an American singer and actress, who, since she was a child, appeared on television series. Nowadays, she is considerate to be a musician with a big talent and lits of followers. So, obviously, it is obvious that a song of these two big musicians had to be a success!
In this work, I have translated the lyrics of this song into five languages: Arabic, Italian, Basque, Spanish and Greek. It has been an interesting and a very nice work because it has given us the choice to work with a song that we really like and we have also learned to use another new programme. I hope that you'll enjoy with the song.

The quiz
Hi readers!
I have spent a lot of time without publishing any post, and maybe, you'll be astonished about it, but taking into account that two of these weeks has been Easter week, and that we have spent another week watching an interesting film called "The illusionist", you should not worry, I'm here again!
The last work that we have done is a questionnaire or a quiz, with our ICT classmate. In order to do this quiz in a organized way, we have used a program, called Hot Potatoes, which allows to do a tidy questionnaire without any complication. So, each pair have made 20 difficult questions that only the most intelligent ones would answer correctly.
Elene (my ICT classmate) and me, have done 20 questions about cinema and the world of films, and all these questions would be answered in 3'33 minutes. If you are interested in answering these questions, go ready and click here.

Women's rights
Hi everybody!
In this month we have done a very interesting project and I'm sure that you are going to like it. As you know, on March 8th was the International Women's Day, and taking into account that the situation of women nowadays is not as good as we would like, our teacher had proposed to us to do a poster about the topic of women's rights. Besides, in order not to repeat the same topic lots of times, she had also proposed to us other interesting topics: children rights or, more generalized, human rights; so, each of us had chosen one of those three topics and we have done a poster about it. I had chosen the topic of women's rights because I found the most appropriate and I thought that I would learn a lot doing the poster, and I was right. This project have helped me to be aware of the bad situation of women around the world and to be conscious about our big influence on this topic.

ART'S BEAUTY

I have spent many weeks without publishing any post, and, maybe, you'll be surprised of it. Nonetheless, all these weeks I've been making my own business website, which is about a photography shop. I have never told you about this business and I think that now it is a good moment to tell you about it. I opened this business at the age of 22 and after two years of the excitement of the new business, I change completely my style and nowadays I'm specialized on taking different religious or ethnic tribes photos. So, don't wait more and enjoy my own website: ART'S BEAUTY
